Formed with two mono-pitch pavilions, this residence has an industrial vibe with bare concrete wall panels and floor, exposed steel structure and extensive glazing.
One pavilion is occupied by the Kitchen, Dining, Living and Master Bedroom suite with the other housing two further Bedrooms, Study, Family Space, Laundry and Bathroom.
The Pavilions are linked a glazed gallery that looks out on the outside living courtyard on one side and accesses the garaging on the other.
Cedar screens with glazing above and below provide privacy to the Master Bedroom suite, Office and space leading to the two other bedroom.
All living spaces flow out onto the outdoor Living courtyard to the north-west. The terraced courtyard has an outside kitchen, fireplace Lounging and Dining spaces.
